That means the same standards trusted for emergency response vehicles apply to every truck, trailer, and bus that comes through our bays.

CARB Program
Need to register your vehicle for Clean Truck Check? Fleet Services Inc. is an approved Clean Truck Check facility with credentialed testers. We perform required heavy-duty emissions compliance testing for vehicles over 14,000 lbs. GVWR operating in California.
Schedule a Clean Truck CheckOpacity & Visual Inspection (Smoke Check)
For diesel non-OBD vehicles with 2012 and older engines: smoke opacity test plus visual inspection of emissions control equipment (Vehicle Emissions Control Equipment Inspection).
OBD Clean Truck Check
For OBD-equipped vehicles with 2013 and newer diesel engines (and 2018+ alternative-fuel engines): on-board diagnostic scan using a CARB-certified OBD testing device.
We also repair DPF, DEF, and SCR systems so vehicles can pass testing and stay compliant.
